Text Shadow not appearing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This has never worked for me
2. Will not work regardless of text color, text shadow color, or anti-alias
setting
3. Setting different options for what is displayed for text, background, or
Options doesn't seem to trigger it to work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a text shadow on the text info on the thumbnail, but it
isn't working.  Not text shadow at all.

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system?
Winamp 5.572 (this didn't work on the previous version either)
Plugin 1.13 (this didn't work for me on older verions either)
Windows 7 64-bit enterprise

Please provide any additional information below.

You can activate two types of shadow. Add %s% to the line you want shadow on to 
have
a shadow of the text, or add %b% to have a semi-trasnparent box drawn under the 
line
you choose.

Press "Help" on the config window of the plugin for more info.
Please report back if it's working or not :)
