What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. if the gen_win7shell.dll is active it is not possible to change the
Presets sounds in iZotope OZON DSP-Plugin for Winamp.
2. If the gen_win7shell.dll is delete everything works fine

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system? Windows7 Professional & Winamp 5.56 & 5.57 Freeversion

Please provide any additional information below.
