Shoutcast bookmark=IP address #337

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Winamp
2. Install plugin v1.13
3. Create bookmarks for radio stations via Shoutcast

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On jumplist it should show the Bookmark name as it is in Winamp, instead it 
shows the IP address of the radio station. Upon reverting back to plugin v1.12 
it show correctly.

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system?
Winamp v5.601, plugin v1.13, Win7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Also shows IP instead of name for Recent history jumplist. Reverting back to 
v1.12 fixes that also.

I've been a user of this plugin from it's early days & still love it.
