Icon overlays are not shown when restarting Winamp with Time restore & AutoPlay plugin #350

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Time restore & AutoPlay plugin and configure its to play music after 
Winamp is loaded
2.Install win7shell 2.0
3.Start Winamp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Icon overlay should be white triangle, playing state. But there's no icon at 
all.

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system? Make sure you read the FAQ before posting.
Winamp 5.622, win7shell 2.0, Windows 7 SP1
