auth_exchange is deprecated, use XAuth instead (patch included) #232

Hi,

From the API doc, I understood that auth_exchange was no longer supported. The 
foursuare API android library has not been updated accordingly.

I did a quick patch to fix it, it is available in the "xauth_fix.patch" file 
attached. Let met know if you have any questions/remarks. It's not the 
"prettiest" patch but I didn't want to go into deep refactoring...

I hope I helped, I like this app and I am currently playing with the API ;-)
