search functionality not working #41

Describe the bug

When a user types a word in the Search text field accordingly images are not displayed.

Expected behaviour

When a user types a word in the Search text field accordingly images should be displayed using the Unsplash API

To Reproduce

OS: Windows 11 Browser: Chrome Version: 100.0.4896.60
