Program will not run on wife's computer, but will on mine. #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Wife's Computer, upon running the .exe, it generates an error. This
occurs every time we try to run it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An Error Reporting Window to Microsoft.  We would expect to see what I
receive on my computer, a large dialog box with Load Combatlog on it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 1.4 on XP Home SP 3.

Hi, Did you use .NET 2.0 Framework at least or maybe 3.0 or 3.5?
