Another idea to make your data merge better, is to find all the cells in your database with a comma, and swap the words on either side of that comma to make the sentence flow?
Eg. In your "Tel Aviv" row you have "Jews, Bukhari speaking". Can you swap the words of either side so that it merges to say the "Bukharic speaking Jewish" people? (As far as I can see, the next word is always "...people").
Just an idea. I use mail merge all the time and this is something I've learnt to do to make it sound more natural.
