Description

Display inspiration text within each Prayer Deck
Create "focus" card type with unique styles
Resolve misc. bugs
Refactor some interfaces

Reason

To consolidate changes from the MVP additions branch.

How this has been tested

Changes are functional as of the latest commit (f17fcdd6).
