Look into accessibility versus UI capabilities and tailwind support.

After looking more closely into Radix UI, I'm quite confident we should still be able to use it to suit our needs. It can be used in tandem with pure Tailwind classes and themes. Unless there's anything specifically hampering us here, let's proceed with Radix.

I can live with that.

Calling Mamba a framework feels a little generous now that I look at it and it's mostly just raw tailwind.
