Fix wave not finishing in some cases #328

Reproduce:

  1. Set config/override_creep_size="normal"
  2. Build powerful towers. For example, a combination of "Shadow", "Nuclear Missile Launcher" and "Ebonfrost Crystal".
  3. Start first wave.
  4. All creeps are killed

Expected: wave is finished, player gets reward, automatic timer for next wave starts Actual: nothing happens, no reward, no timer, no message
