Add ability to build towers with a half-tile offset #340

in the classic game, each tower occupied 4 * 4 cells, in the same version, each tower is 1 cell, and the width of the construction of towers is only 3 cells, and because of this, it is not possible to build towers with a “daisy” pattern, but only with a cross or squares
