Item stash menu with lots of items is lagging every time it is opened #352

Item stash menu has been reworked in multiple ways since then.

Tested latest version, web build, on weak machine, 100 items.

Item stash closed: 60fps Item stash open: 50fps

Not ideal but good enough. Item stash decreases FPS but is still usable.
