Handle conflict between generated images and images in source #44

Images in PreTeXt source were looking funky in a document I was helping an author with, because generated SVGs had accidentally been cached (by myself!) into source/images. So the updated SVGs were being generated by pretext build --diagrams but then were overwritten by the copy/pasting from source/images.
