Linking to numbered equations #1473

As suggested at https://github.com/rbeezer/mathbook/issues/1060#issuecomment-495567566, an "in-context" link to an equation could bypass MathJax lavbels and use an id on div.displaymath

The pink flash would be better (the entire display, rather than just the equation number), but less specific (all the equatuions in a multi-line display).

Done at 6aa3d689a9980b45c028df7201549e546540fb3d, plus a couple following.

Pink flash is now as expected.
