Short-hand identifiers #193

Consider having "short names" for things like theorems, then use them in cross-references. Much like FCLA's acronyms, or the Limit Rules early in http://educ.jmu.edu/~waltondb/ModelCalculus/

Just +1 as that could be very useful for things like "Fundamental Theorem of Calculus". But also not as high priority as other things, obviously.

Just added "short titles" for divisions via a new element. This would be another way to use the new shorttitle element.
