Runestone components inside knowls #1983

...do not always function properly.

Support question indicates feedback does not show for multiple choice inside a knowl.

Unclear if knowls or Runestone (or both!) need changes. Pinging @bnmnetp

Known problem.... workaround is to always have the knowls with a runestone question born visible.

This does/did not seem to be a problem in the React version so we haven't put a lot of work into fixing it. I understand why it is happening in the older knowl code, but none of the solutions are very palatable.
