Landscape blocks and floats #2037

Optional landscape orientation is implemented at 97349d24077345976ff8884c7fe2eb808cb19c97

This will really mess with "page fidelity", especially as a float. Maybe we need a publisher option to force use or non-use? Rather than just as a "print only" behavior?
