CSS: lighten colors in blocks to improve readability #2127

Also improve color for remark-like.

Just of style_oscarlevin.css

Merged. Absolutely zero testing.

But rebuilding sample article in this style at website, so we can look there in about 10 minutes.

Nothing radically messed up at website sample, but did not try to compare shades (of gray). Thanks again. -Rob
