CSS for contributor emails #673

Dear David,

I've added emails as an info item for contributors. Could you style them in a monospace font? Of course, I can add a CSS class to the a tag, or whatever is necessary.

Also, I'm allowing paragraphs and the like, before and after. The small one at the bottom looks like it needs a gap before it. Otherwise, nothing is different than for a "normal" preface.

Thanks. I'll likely add "location", but that should make zero change in what you just did.
