Get division names with proper template #961

xsl/pretext-ww-problem-sets.xsl uses the division-name template to provide informative comments.

The type-name template will work better, and the former is slated to move into the mathbook-latex.xsl stylesheet once one other use is made obsolete.

Changing now, but may not push until late this evening.
