put permid in schema #990

My schema validation now has a bajillion violations because permid is not recognized. It's trivial to delete all lines from the report with "permid" in them. But at some point when we know what elements should have permid~s, can we add them to the schema?

Yes, once experiments settle down, we'll definitely be adding them. Feel free to remind me.
