Thanks for the feedback. Can you please send me your channel list so I can test this?
There is a chance that you can use the "Option" menu in ChanSort and select the "Character set" for code page 857 or Windows-1254. Some TVs do not use Unicode character encodings but rather depend on some internal country setting, which makes it impossible to "guess" what characters are meant by the byte values 128-255. With the "character set" menu you can give the program a hint. You'll have to reload the list in most cases so that the names get loaded correctly.
@uykusuztilki uykusuztilki elinde güncel kanallistesi varmidir? hast du die aktuelle Turksat42e kanal liste bitte? Eine edit Funktion wäre nicht schlecht dafür, damit man es schön gestalten kann! DAnke euch
Turkish specific characters on the title of favourite channels list are not displayed correctly on ChanSort. The name was given on the TV, and the exported list is from a Philips Android 11 TV. Turkish specific characters of the favourites list name are correctly displayed on the TV itself.
The expected name is "Çalışanlar" but it is shown on ChanSort as "ᅦal1_anlar"
When the channel names include Turkish specific characters, ChanSort correctly displays them, though.
