TV LED NEI 32NE4000 #364

Hello, I have a TV LED NEI 32NE4000. It has a hidden Secret Menu (Source + 2580). There I found Export/Import Channel list submenu. I tried ChanSort, but it doesn't recognize the data inside it. Can you help me with decoding this database?

Thanks for your file! I took a brief look at it and it seems that the .bin files are encrypted. The CV_DBC should hold DVB-C channels, but there is nothing readable inside that file. Unfortunately I don't see a way to add support for this format.
