Unfortunately not. In the past Toshiba used a file format that was self-explaining and easy to use. That file format is supported by ChanSort. But then (I think it was 2015) they changed to some cryptic format that I have no clue how to deal with.

Hello. I have a 2011 Toshiba TV with latest software update from April 2014 and I'm also unable to edit channels. They are unreadable for your software. There are 12 files mostly with names like "dtv_cmdb_0.bin". I also tried to zip them. I just want to be sure that this format is not supported and it is not my lack of skills of using your software.
Can't open Channel List, any chance for Support?
