image Not sure if this game is meant to be supported but the LMT's throw errors for me when imported.

What's the file name? Is it iceborne? (Don't send samples)

I'm also getting the same error on a iceborne file, em023_00.lmt Not sure if iceborne is supported or not. (note: not very experienced with 3DS Max)

Iceborne is not yet supported.

Added support in v1.8, but didn't tested it.
