Expected Results: When Elasmosaurus is idle at the top of swaying ocean water, its idle animation should play normally. Actual Results: When stopping movement at the top of ocean water (which causes Elasmo to sway) its idle animation will freeze entirely, generally in the position of front flippers up, back flippers down. Replication: Swim up to the top of ocean water as Elasmosaurus.
