I am a lurd that eats kelp, this applies to the bug.
In options i was editing my hud icons, shrunk each of them 1 time, and moved them to where i like, the lurds food, the kelp icon, changed to a meat icon, and the water icon completely glitched and melded with another meat feeding icon, the hp/comfort icon and the ability circle and stamina footprint remained as i left them. I have a screenshot if needed.
