When "Custom Cursor" is enabled there is a 1-2 second delay when opening in-game menus (character, trial, player, etc) as well as cursor delay that causes the mouse to under or overshoot, impacting faster-paced gameplay. This issue also reduces the average framerate to 30-45/s, dipping to 10 at its lowest when transitioning between menus quickly.
Problem remedied by disabling the custom cursor. Delay on opening menus (character, trial, player, etc) no longer affects gameplay. Mouse moves smoothly and no longer overshoots or undershoots. In addition, FPS average was raised significantly to ~60-80.
