[Bug] Burrows #10852

If you are in a burrow, you cannot be summoned by another player until you leave the burrow. (This seems intended and fine!)

However, if you are in a burrow, you can summon another player to you. (The player then falls through the world into the water below the map. Rest in pieces, child!)

I'm not sure if this is a bug, oversight, or something intentional (hilarious if so)!

cant seem to replicate this one on titania at least
