I just reincarnated my pachy and dm'd my friend. I spawned on spiral near that small pond surrounded by a stone structure & small combat shrine nearby. My friend was on a large rex and somehow teleported INTO the pond area/was trapped by the structure due to their size. somehow was teleported right in my general vacinity after i'd reincarnated/respawned? not sure if this was the case but thats what happened and it happened on official so it couldn';t have been an admin/mod to teleport them.
