active Ecoregion land cover classes #8

R164 in Boreal_LBMRDataPrep.R masks communities by active ecoregions, which are forested/burn land cover classes in LCC2005. Grassland with coniferous trees < 25% density is not included, which inadvertently excludes forest (where kNN does not align with LCC2005). Lichen-spruce bog is also excluded. This is particularly problematic in northern Canada.

Discussed switching to LCC2010 but because there are no recent burn classes and data is from a different year than kNN, we chose to stick with LCC2005.

We included grassland w/ coniferous trees and lichen-spruce-bog in active ecoregions, although bogs remain problematic
