MeasureYear doesn't exist when not simulating data

I have written a check for PSP objects instead, with a message clarifying you need them. There is no point using the simulated data (from gmcsDataPrep?) with this module. I mean, there's no point using it with gmcsDataPrep either. Perhaps that module should adopt this approach too.
