.inputObjects is being cached, but second call doesn't retrieve cached call #13

Despite having caching activated for .inputObjects and init events in Biomass_speciesParameters, Cache never retrieves the cached inputObjects call that seems to be saved at the end of the run. Not sure what's going on, but we should look into this.

I believe this was related to a bug in reproducible::Cache which was fixed in https://github.com/PredictiveEcology/reproducible/tree/DotsBugFix
