The master branch had several problems due to a bad merge several months ago (I believe this one 1cda0b0718a1d26480f81e94b402ea72321779a6). These were related with bad object names, old URLs, and missing parameters. However there were others related with incompatibilities between new estimation methods and the old "single" species estimation (e.g., tables were two species were expected).
In addition, old constraint parameters were removed, since they are no longer used.
