resolve usage differences with this module and vol2biomass_RIA #6

these modules are mostly identical copies of each other, making it difficult to maintain multiple versions (and additional study areas will be added in the future!)

  1. what are the differences, besides study area?
  2. can these two modules be merged?

Similarly to the dataPrep modules, the vol2biomass modules are study area specific. We can probably clean them up and pull out similar functions but there is a level of specificity that will be necessary for each study area. vol2biomass is specific the the default CBM-CFS3 in SpaDES in Saskatchewan, and vol2biomass_RIA is specific to the RIA study area (used in the carbon RIA paper).
