histogram PNGs need to be built without the user needing to click through each tab #31

Because shiny pages not currently displayed are suspended, the slicer/histrgram code doesn't execute for the current polygon until the user click on the largePatches and vegAgeMod pages and clicks through all the tabs.

fixed. added new function unsuspendModule to the SpaDES.shiny package.
