not sure which one generated the warning (likely caribou ranges):

Warning in `[<-.data.table`(x, j = name, value = value) :
  Adding new column 'polygonID' then assigning NULL (deleting it).

try running postProcess (which attempts fixing errors) on these polygons (assuming it's not already being done) when rerunning the app without using the existing cache
