[x] fix issues with file renaming (done in 204a81d9e7deccf2873ac448589fe2c9cf6111d4)
[ ] use shiny async features to do geoprocessing and zipping on separate threads (caution: progress indicators won't work across threads, so all processing done in a single future?) (see #44)
[ ] cache the geoprocessing steps
