use of full study area in model runs and main app map #94

with use of Current Conditions for specifying model initial conditions, there are gaps in the map across the entire LandWeb study area. Only partner FMAs have complete data, and these are the only results the partners care about (?).

  1. Does it still make sense to run the model over the entire study area (instead of doing separate runs for each company).
  2. Does it make sense to show the full map in the app, or should logged in users only see their company's FMAs?
