update links to vignettes #346

caching vignette

[x] add link to intro vignette
[x] add link to wiki
[x] make sure website is updated

plotting vignette

now that plotting has been moved to quickPlot, the links to the plotting vignette need to be updated in various places:

[x] SpaDES intro vignette
[x] SpaDES wiki
[x] SpaDES website links

any others?

Perhaps including a SpaDES-specific plotting vignette (à la the caching vignette) would be useful.
