From a Docker & deployment perspective, the name of the R package inside the golem projects is irrelevant, it gets installed from its own context as a local R package. But it can be confusing to people reading the code.
I suggest to:
rename the package to ShinyWBInwt for the WBI-NWT project (03-apps/wbi_nwt)
keep the ShinyWBI name for the new golem package in the 03-apps/wbi folder
