At minimum like read MAINTAINERS.md

Maybe upon pushing a repo to git, this can submit an issue with:

 Verify docs
 Create GitHub release and trigger publish to PyPI
 Verify installation from PyPI
 Verify GitHub repo settings
 Make prefect-monte-carlo repository public
 Add to Collections Catalog
