WIP ML Modeling example around pausing/resuming experiments

ML labeling example for classification with a human check if high uncertainty. A user needs to label images for a workflow as efficiently as possible. Use an algorithm and when there is a high degree of uncertainty, a workflow is paused for human expertise. (could use artifacts to surface a link to the image)
