Navigation side panel scrollbar color in light mode does not match the panel #10221

[X] I refreshed the page and this issue still occurred.
[X] I checked if this issue was specific to the browser I was using by testing with a different browser.

Bug summary

Scroll bar is white but the panel is dark. It would be great to have them match.

Hey @AmanSal1 -If you'd like to yes! I should give a heads up though that we hope to further improve the navigation so that there's not so many top line items so any you work you do on this one might be replaced in the medium-term future.

@zhen0 Oh, okay. No problem. I have the same doubt about linking repositories with each other, such as how we can make local changes on the Prefect Cloud. Although I have created an account on the Prefect Cloud and I am able to reproduce the issue
