I've updated BigStitcher and noticed two things - one good and one bad :) The look is new (more modern GUI), but the stitching stopped working for me. Calculating pairwise shifts is weird: a) some links between obviously neighboring tiles are not calculated at all; b) when computed, link correlations between some obviously matching neighboring tiles are unexpectedly low (0.65). Did anyone notice similar issues? Or is this due to my brain fog? :)
I can happily share my dataset if anyone is willing to look into it (1TB).
