python cannot exit main function when using bigstitcher batch process marco script #130

when using pyimagej to run macro script obtained by macro record, i get a unexpected error.

running python xxx.py in windows cmd, everything is ok, but cannot exit the main function after running to end. The waiting cursor keeps blinking. How to fix it? BTW, when i using Grid Stitching, the problem is disappeared.
