Export to tiff saves only one Z step. #131

Hello, I have 3 tiles each with 3 Z-steps. I use bigstitcher and the results are good, but when I try to export the registered tiff I get an tiff image with only one z-step (the center) the other two planes are black. I've uploaded a gif that shows the problem
