Not parsing channels #28

The latest version of BigStitcher has stopped parsing my imaging channels, although it still parses angles. It reads everything as one channel. My data were acquired with MicroManager in Fiji.

Thank you for responding. Do you mean a dataset.xml file or the raw data before a dataset.xml is made?The raw data files are >2 GB.
