bash: /ImageJ-linux64: No such file or directory #19

Hi, I am trying this command "/ImageJ-linux64.exe --headless --run -macro /home/devasc/RS_macro.ijm /home/devasc/record.log", but i am getting that there is no such file in my directory.

can you please tell me what i should do?

Might be a problem with the path? @mzouink can you maybe help?

Hi can you please tell me how to run rs-fish in vm linux.

As this issue was closed, I answered in the new issue: https://github.com/PreibischLab/RS-FISH/issues/20#issuecomment-1346552241

In short: The command should be run /<Full/Path/To/Your/Fiji/Dir>/ImageJ-linux64 and then the rest of the command.
